Our Elders are the "undershepherds" of the flock together with the Pastor(s), whose main responsibility is to visit members, minister to the sick, foster prayer ministries, arrange or lead out on Sabbath worships, assist in anointing services and child dedications, encourage the disheartened, and perform other pastoral responsibilities where needed. Support and teach based on sound Christ-centered doctrines. Takes the lead on Leadership and/or Discipleship training and seminars for edifying and equipping of the church. The local elders are the religious leaders of the church and by precept and example must continually seek to lead the church into a deeper and fuller Christian experience.
